• All Montgomery Group events are strictly trade events. You may be required to show proof of your business-related interest (eg a business card, invoices) when attending the Independent Hotel Show.
• As a business to business trade event no visitors under the age of 18 will be admitted. If you are asked and not able to show proof of age you will not be permitted entry to the show.
• Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from the event and possibly being barred from attending future Montgomery Group events.
• Anyone obtaining a show attendee badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave the event and may be barred from attending future Montgomery Group events.
• Anyone attending Montgomery Group events should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving license, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organizers which the Organizers may ask to see.
• Anyone attending Montgomery Group events must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behavior or any activity which may disrupt the business activities at the event.
• Some exhibitors give out samples of products for potential buyers to try. These are intended for the use of professional buyers when making professional buying decisions. Anyone found to be taking excessive samples from stands without engaging with the exhibitor or without the exhibitor's express permission, may be asked to leave the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to confiscate any sample they deem to have been acquired inappropriately or not for professional buying purposes.
• Official photographers & videographers will be taking photographs and other images at the event. The Organizers shall be entitled to use such photographs, which may include photographs or video footage of visitors, for the purpose of marketing the event and any other Montgomery Group events in the future. If you would prefer this not to be the case, please email a photograph of yourself to independenthotelshow@montgomerygroup.com. The subject of the email should include the show name and DO NOT USE MY PHOTO.
• Due to health and safety restrictions, pushchairs or buggies will not be allowed to the halls. The aisles are very busy and in the event of a fire pushchairs or other buggies may impede the swift exit of the building.
• Montgomery Group has no control over the food products distributed at our shows and cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions to food sampled or purchased whilst at one of our events. Montgomery Group events take place in multi-purpose public venues, which host a variety of events during every week of every year. Therefore, the venue is as susceptible to any allergen as any other public place and should be treated with precisely the same degree of caution.
• Independent Hotel Show is a trade-only event - students are prohibited from attending. Non-exhibiting companies attending Montgomery Group events are requested not to solicit for business on the show floor or from exhibitors within the show environments.
• The venue reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the venue at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of the venue may be asked to leave.
Tickets to the show, including access to the conference program are €90+VAT.

The organizer has the right to use such photos, including photos or video footage of visitors, for marketing purposes of the attended event and for other Montgomery Group events.
