Michael Mitterhofer is the visionary and driving force behind ReGuest, with a deep passion for the hospitality world, innovation, and technology. Over time, the software for creating emotional offers has been enhanced with numerous innovations, expanding its impact on the industry considerably. These innovations include upselling, newsletter, and instant messaging features, as well as an AI-based virtual assistant named CR:IS.
