If you intend to build withing your shell construction you must notify the Organiser by stating this in the Health and Safety Form and must also complete the Contractor Nomination Form. You will also be required to submit a full Stand Plan with supporting H&S documentation via the Compulsory Space Only Stand Plan Submission Form

Richtlinien und Informationen für Systemstände und Boost-Standpakete
Ein Systemstand ist ein Stand, der vom Standbauer des Veranstalters, Alter Expo, in Ihrem Auftrag aufgebaut wird.
Wenn Sie innerhalb Ihres Systemstands Einbauten vornehmen wollen, müssen Sie den Veranstalter im Erklärungsformular zu Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz darüber informieren und auch das Formular zur Benennung Ihres Standbauers ausfüllen und einreichen. Zudem müssen Sie einen vollständigen Standplan nebst den erforderlichen Unterlagen zu Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz über das obligatorische Formular zur Einreichung von Standplänen für Eigenbaustände einreichen.
