Rico looks back on over two decades of tourism experience, including numerous stays abroad in Ireland, Australia, South Africa, Chile, New Zealand and much more. Since completing his master's degree in "Entrepreneurship & Tourism" in 2020 at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI), Rico has been actively supporting #teamincert from the Baltic Sea coast. He is responsible for the regions of (Northern) Germany and internationalization.
